# What is The Mass Apothecary's return policy?

## Eligibility for Returns

* Our return window lasts **30 days** from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
* Only **unopened CBD products in their original condition** are eligible for return within this timeframe.

## Non-returnable items

The following items **cannot** be returned:

* Gift cards
* Certain health and personal care items
* Any vape or inhalation products
* Any **THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or other THC products**
